Common Area Cleaning and Grounds Care Program Expanded

MAHOAI is continuing to improve the condition of shared areas through an expanded cleaning and grounds care program. The goal is to keep entrances, pathways, landscaped spaces, and other common-use areas cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for residents and guests.

Routine upkeep plays an important role in both appearance and daily comfort. A more consistent maintenance schedule helps reduce clutter, improves the presentation of shared spaces, and supports a healthier environment for the community.

Clean and well-maintained shared spaces shape the everyday experience of the whole neighborhood.

Current areas of focus

The maintenance team is prioritizing locations that affect daily movement, visibility, and overall neighborhood presentation.

  • Street-facing shared areas and community entry points
  • Sidewalks, landscaped strips, and open spaces
  • Play and gathering areas used by residents and families
  • Waste-prone zones that need more regular cleaning attention

How residents can support the effort

Maintenance programs work best when homeowners take part in keeping common spaces orderly. Proper waste disposal, timely reporting of problem areas, and care for nearby surroundings all contribute to a cleaner and better-managed neighborhood.

The association will continue reviewing schedules and service coverage based on community needs and resident feedback.
